Based on one's qualification and proficiency, they can be engaged in various positions in this booming industry like Stewards, Food and Beverage manager, Executive Chef, Restaurant and Food Manager etc. But to get entry into this field one must have some special skills, which can be developed by pursuing a three-year diploma course or a four-year degree course from any Hotel Management and Catering Institute recognized by the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Studies.
